Surrounded by vineyards, almond trees, and olive groves, this property features 15,000 m² of fully fenced private land, offering privacy, space, and stunning views.

A HOME DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE
The house is spread over two fully accessible floors, with no architectural barriers, making it ideal for guests with reduced mobility.

UPPER FLOOR
Here you’ll find the heart of the house:
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and complete kitchenware.
A spacious, bright, and cozy living-dining area with views of the hamlet and the olive groves. It includes:
3 sofas, Large dining tables, Television, Library, Forged iron fireplace, Radiator heating throughout the house
On this floor, there are 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms, all with locks and built-in wardrobes:
Bedroom 1: adapted for reduced mobility, with a double bed and option for an extra bed

Bedroom 2: double bed with option for a single bed

Bedroom 3: double bed with the possibility of an extra bed

Bedroom 4: the largest, with 3 single beds and the option to add more

Bedroom 5: two single beds with an option for an additional one
